Responsibilities & Context:Management Trainee will rotate through key departments, including Operations, Logistics, Category Management, Compliance, Finance, and Information Technology.Support managers with various tasks, projects, and strategic planning initiatives.Analyze sales data, reports, and market trends to make recommendations for business improvement and profitability.Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.Attend training sessions, workshops, and lectures to enhance professional and leadership skills.Visit different outlets of Agora and the market to acquire retail industry knowledge and best practices.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
