Translating requirements to the team.Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating overall customer requirements.Designs new opportunities by analyzing functional requirements of a project, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying team capabilities.Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project team, establishing project budget.Monitors project progress.Ability to work in business commercial environment in engaging state-of-art software implementation on banking, finance, e commerce and telecommunication.Understanding of software engineering design, develop methodologies and in-depth knowledge in software tools and design techniques in line with leading new technologies.Personality in liaise with international professionals in applications and system design and implementations.Should demonstrate team effort and leadership.Skills & ExpertiseBusiness Analyst Software ImplementationCompensation & Other Benefits
