Responsibilities & Context:About Us: Rawdhatul Uloom International Madrasa is a prestigious educational institution dedicated to providing a high-quality learning experience for young children. We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Teacher to join our team and inspire our students with the love of the English language. We look forward to welcoming a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to our team!Location: Mridha Bhaban, Matuail West para (Club Road), Mridhabari, Jatrabari, Dhaka- 1362.Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress in English, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Foster a love for reading, writing, and communication in English.
Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school administration.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Address individual student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Madrasa

Additional Job Requirements:Experience:Previous teaching experience in a kindergarten or primary school setting is preferred.Skills and Competencies:Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage little learners.Creative and innovative teaching methods.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.Additional Requirements (Preferred):IELTS score of 7 or above.A clear and well-articulated British accent.Skills & Expertise:Teaching,Teaching/ TrainingCompensation & Other Benefits:The salary range for this position is 15,000 - 25,000 Taka per month, which will be decided based on the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
