Responsibilities & Context:About The Company:Roamers Hum Limited provides a professional and supportive environment where travel enthusiasts can learn, grow, and prepare for a successful career in the tours and travel industry.Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell travel products and services, including holiday packages, air tickets, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and partners.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new customers.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends in the travel industry.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle reservations and ticketing through OTA, GDS (Global Distribution System).
Any other tasks assigned by Management.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or any relevant field.Experience:

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 22 to 28 years

Minimum 2 years' experience in sales & marketing within the tours & travels industry.
Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
Efficiency in OTA, GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) will be an added advantageSkills & Expertise:Good English communication skills (verbal and Written),MS Office,Sales target, Customer Service,Self motivated,Tour and Travel Agency,Travel Agency,Travel managementCompensation & Other Benefits:
