Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are looking for a Senior Executive- IE in M&N Garments factory, responsible for overseeing the Industrial Engineering activities for the Woven Sections. The IE Executive will develop and implement production plans and schedules, manage staff, and monitor production output.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the line-wise productions, line balancing, workers` individual efficiency, production efficiency.Have the knowledge to follow up on the total production system from cutting to finishing.Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.Ensure optimum utilization of the skills of the workers, and machine, to minimize the cost.Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.Identify and remove causes of delay in production to meet shipment dates.Monitor line wise production report, on hourly output basis.Daily manpower balancing, target setting and achievement monitoring.Check all IE related reports (time/method /motion/capacity study report of the floor on the basis of individual buyer).Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience:
  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Only Male
Candidate must have experience in garments or textile industries.Candidates from Gazipur, Khilkhet,Uttara, Saver are highly encourage to apply.Computer friendly with experience in Word, Excel, Data Base Program.Compensation & Other Benefits:
