This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage patient communications with professionalism and empathy.Role Summary:As a Executive Officer, you will manage inquiries, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience from first contact through post-treatment follow-up. You will serve as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers, helping individuals access world-class medical services abroad.Note: Prior experience is not mandatory; training will be provided. A proactive mindset and a strong work ethic are essential.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries regarding treatment options in ThailandCommunicate professionally and empathetically via phone, email, and digital platformsTrack and follow up on patient leads to ensure timely responses and conversionConduct introductory cold calls to prospective clients when requiredAssist with email communication, patient updates, and basic marketing outreachMaintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office toolsSupport scheduling, data entry, and other administrative functionsQualifications:Minimum education: HSC or A-LevelsStrong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and communication toolsOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitaskingSelf-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentPreferred (Not Required):Internship or entry-level experience in customer service, telemarketing, or client supportFamiliarity with medical terminology or an interest in healthcareExposure to digital tools such as CRM systems or online scheduling platformsWhat We Offer:Structured, hands-on training
