- Assist midwife to conduct normal delivery.
- Maintain & follow IP protocol of the facility.
- Assist midwife to provide screening tests services and Family Planning services.
- Emergencies/complications according guideline.
- Identify high risk pregnancy.
- Receive and attend patients, patient counseling; and provide health education.
- Maintain all register and document according to guidance.
- Ensure targeted performance with quality.
- Call pregnant mother through mobile phone according to EDD to ensure facility-based delivery.
- Ensure environmental cleanliness and infection prevention and control activities in the facility as per national standards/ SOPs.
- Attend monthly mother session.
- Coordination with CHWs.
- Supervise the cleaner to maintain proper cleaning procedure at UH & FWC.
- Ensure sterilization procedure through autoclave to supervise the cleaner.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- HSC or similar level degree completed.
- Valid NID.
- Minimum 1/2 years of work experience in community health/ Primary health care in NGO
- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization
