- Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of oral health conditions.
- Perform preventive, restorative, and minor surgical dental procedures as required.
- Conduct patient assessments, maintain detailed dental records, and ensure proper case documentation.
- Counsel and educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Identify cases requiring advanced or specialized treatment and ensure timely referral to higher-level facilities.
- Maintain inventory of dental equipment, medicines, and supplies, ensuring proper usage and reporting shortages promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on dental services and patient statistics.
- Participate in hospital health education, awareness, and Behavior Change Communication (BCC) activities.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support staff to ensure integrated patient care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university (valid BMDC registration).
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Hospital
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience (experience in humanitarian or NGO health programs preferred).
- Proficiency in general dentistry and patient management.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging humanitarian contexts.
