Responsibilities & Context:NiT Academy Global is looking for an energetic and persuasive Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and convincing skills who wants to build a career in marketing, sales, and student consultancy.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective students and clients.
Promote and explain our language programs (IELTS, Spoken English, Japanese, Dutch, etc.) clearly and confidently.
Assist in student consultancy services - guiding students about available programs and opportunities.
Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Maintain proper records of calls, queries, and conversions.
Support the sales and consultancy team in day-to-day activities.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 18 to 30 years

Requirements:
Strong communication & convincing skills (Bangla & English).
Confident personality with the ability to handle client calls professionally.
Basic knowledge about language programs (no need to be an expert, just awareness).
Interest in the education & student consultancy sector.
