- Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Develop strong, long-term business relationships through consistent engagement and trust-building.
- Explain and clarify product specifications, pricing structures, and service details to clients.
- Address client inquiries promptly and assist in developing customized product specifications as needed.
- Develop and implement creative sales techniques to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and create new revenue streams for business growth.
- Plan and execute effective marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Conduct regular surveys and research on raw material price trends and market conditions.
- Provide insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and QA teams to maintain product standards throughout the production process.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality final products that meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with various departments (Production, Distribution, Accounts, Factory) to resolve client queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
- Master of Business Management (MBM)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- 3 to 7 years
