Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and explore new markets, buyers, and business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
  • Develop strong, long-term business relationships through consistent engagement and trust-building.
  • Explain and clarify product specifications, pricing structures, and service details to clients.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and assist in developing customized product specifications as needed.
  • Develop and implement creative sales techniques to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and create new revenue streams for business growth.
  • Plan and execute effective marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular surveys and research on raw material price trends and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with production, quality control, and QA teams to maintain product standards throughout the production process.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality final products that meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Production, Distribution, Accounts, Factory) to resolve client queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Management (MBM)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Packaging Industry
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 33 to 45 years
