Responsibilities & Context:

Vast knowledge of different sub contract factories for the various items like outerwear, woven tops, bottoms, denim bottoms etc.
Carry out end-to-end merchandising process for the relevant product line
Handle daily order follow-ups, cost negotiation and work closely with suppliers on production planning
Order tracking and offer problem-solving solutions to internal and external parties
Travel to production site to ensure production is running smoothly and products are of good quality

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience:

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 30 years

Good knowledge to handle woven sub contract business.Sound Knowledge to prepare costing;Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.Skills & Expertise:Subcontractor Management,woven outerwearCompensation & Other Benefits:
