The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with statistical tools, and an understanding of fintech, NBFC, or financial services data environments.Responsibilities :Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Work closely with Product, Business, Compliance, and Finance teams to support data-driven strategies.Develop dashboards and reports for management, enabling effective decision-making.Conduct financial and operational data analysis to improve product performance and customer experience.Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.Support predictive modeling and forecasting to guide business planning.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations on business performance.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.Experience:

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
