- Develop and implement effective organic marketing strategies for e-commerce website and social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive online sales.
- Write scripts and develop ideas for promotional and campaign videos.
- Plan and execute both organic and paid promotions (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) based on products and seasonal offers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Workplace: Office-based (Nilkhet, Dhaka).
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Prior experience in e-commerce marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in organic marketing on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Practical experience in running paid promotions (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Ability to write promotional video scripts and plan effective content.
- Must be creative, energetic, and a good team player.
