Responsibilities & Context:Receive calls and make calls to the clientsProvide accurate information about our products and services to the clientsResolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective mannerField forces SIM location tracking and reportingCommunicate effectively with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and imoIdentify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutionsProvide regular reports on customer issues, feedback, and trends to managementStay updated on the latest developments in our productsExcellent interpersonal communication and interaction skills with clientsMust possess willing to do attitudeAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPositive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilitiesAny other responsibilities assigned by the ManagementEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
