Responsibilities & Context:RDRS Bangladesh is seeking applications for it's Guest House, Rangpur for the position of Front Desk Executive.Greets guest and processes Check-In registration also assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.Response to guest all inquiries for reservation and manage all (Phone, Email & Face to face) communication with clients& confirm reservations.Keeps current knowledge and promotes guesthouse accommodations, services and area attractions to assist increasing revenue through increase occupancy.Administer all guest departure on everyday basis and ensure compliance to all established manual and computer procedure.Processes guest credit at check-in in accordance with Guest House policy, identifies and records special billing instructions and obtain appropriate approvals and signatures.Maintaining strong relationship with existing/potential Clients, Offers guests updated rooms and promotes guests house amenities, food & beverage outlets and services.Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and use teamwork when providing guest service and listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate and Keeps manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.Ensure optimal level of customer services for all guests and manage all communications with guest for check in and check outs and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.Provides yes, I Can! Genuine hospitality and performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.Updated all records process and documents of guest check-in, check out and billing system.Collaborates with the team to achieve ultimate goal and Keeps manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.Monitoring online booking system and need to find out and make call among existing customers those are recently disappearing in our guest house.End of the month cross and re-checking about guest check-in, check out and all others system.Education Requirements:
Masters

RDRS was formally established as the Bangladesh field program of the Geneva-based Lutheran World Federation/Department for World Service (LWF/DWS) on 8 February 1972. Its development aim is to achieve sustainable increases in their living standards. With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its program to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources.
