Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager who will be responsible for the Quality Department in a Sweater Factory.Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.Have strong strategic skills and the ability to develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company`s quality assurance systems and policies to standard as per the customer demand.Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure quality as per standard.Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producers.Review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.Monitor and collect customer satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement.Train and develop the quality staff to enhance their capacity, productivity, and quality by demonstrating strong leadership.Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.Conduct inline, midline, and pre-final inspection on self to ensure that final inspection will be okay as per buyer standard.Make quality standards and develop the system as an ISO-certified organization.Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.Take necessary action or inform the authorities If any discrepancies happen.Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.Any other tasks as assigned by the management.Education Requirements:Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.Experience:
  • At least 10 years
