Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and help drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing company finances, reporting, budgeting, and compliance at a senior level.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the company's Profit & Loss accountsMonitor and report on daily expenditures and cash flowSupervise stock and inventory management reportingPrepare monthly and quarterly management reports for the BoardLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningEnsure compliance with all VAT, tax, audit, and legal requirementsProvide strategic financial guidance to the Managing Director and management teamEducation Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (CA/CMA preferred)Experience:

At least 10 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance or CFO role
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of financial systems, compliance, and reporting
Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector preferred
