Responsibilities & Context:Company Overview: The New Asia Group is comprised of six entities forming a vertically-integrated apparel manufacturing organization, headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are seeking a Pattern Executive who is talented, enthusiastic, and eager to grow into a successful leader.Responsibility:Pattern Strategy & Development

Develop and implement overall strategies for pattern creation, management, and adoption.
Align pattern frameworks with company goals and global best practices.
Create repeatable, scalable patterns for processes, systems, and design elements.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain detailed documentation for pattern usage, updates, and training purposes.
Establish governance standards to ensure pattern consistency and compliance.
Conduct regular audits to maintain relevance and performance of patterns.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for proper integration of patterns into production.
Monitor adoption rates, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth implementation.

CAD/Pattern System Maintenance

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CAD/Pattern systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate technical logs and records.

Production & Engineering Support

Coordinate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Assyst- strong operational & maintenance experience.
Familiarity with Plotter, Pattern Cutter, and other CAD/systems

Experience:

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 31 to 46 years
