Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:iSmart Broadband, a fast-growing internet service provider in Khulna, is looking for two experienced and motivated Customer Care Managers to lead our support team, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth service operations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day customer support activities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
  • Resolve service complaints and follow up for customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with technical and field teams for quick issue resolution
  • Prepare and maintain reports, feedback, and performance logs
  • Train and guide support staff to improve service quality
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Compensation & Other Benefits:
