- Overseeing inbound logistics (supplier deliveries, receiving).
- Supervising inventory storage, organization, and security.
- Coordinating outbound movement of goods to retail outlets, B2B customers, and direct sales channels. Providing constant support to office colleagues.
- Monitoring stock rotation, shelf-life, and obsolescence to reduce wastage.
- Maintaining ERP/WMS systems for real-time stock visibility and accuracy.
- Conducting regular physical counts and reconciliations against system records.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce handling time, errors, and costs.
- Verify all inbound deliveries against purchase orders and supplier invoices for quantity and quality.
- Update ERP/WMS stock records immediately upon goods receipt or dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock items for replenishment requests.
- Inspect storage areas for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and bin placement for all stock items.
- Approve and document stock transfers between warehouses/showrooms.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with storekeepers.
- Monitor temperature-sensitive or fragile goods for proper storage conditions.
- Supervise warehouse staff activities to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct spot checks and random physical counts to validate system data.
- Review inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Coordinate with procurement to adjust ordering based on sales trends.
- Prepare and submit weekly inventory status reports to management.
- Review damaged or defective items for supplier returns or disposal approval.
- Check and update safety stock levels based on consumption patterns.
- Hold meetings to address operational issues and update on process changes.
- Conduct full-cycle inventory counts across all locations and reconcile with ERP/WMS records.
- Analyze monthly stock variances and prepare variance reports with root cause analysis.
- Monitor storage space utilization and recommend optimization strategies.
- Review and update SOPs for inventory handling, storage, and dispatch.
- Location: Naya Paltan
- Working Hours: [e.g., Saturday-Thursday, 9 AM-8 PM; overtime as required during shipment days only].
- Travel: Visits to retail outlets, warehouses and official work.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to inspect stock, move within warehouse areas, and oversee loading/unloading activities.
- Reports To: Head of Operations.
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
- Age 24 to 40 years

- Minimum 5 years' experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in [industry].
