Responsibilities & Context:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and business goals.Provide financial insights and advice to the Board and Top Management for investment, expansion, and diversification decisions.Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for all business units.Ensure proper capital structure, fund management, and investment planning.Oversee all financial operations, including Accounts, Finance, VAT & Tax, Internal Audit, and Treasury functions.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements as per standard.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and unit-based fund requirements.Present daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Managing Director.Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish strong internal control systems.Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations in Bangladesh, including NBR (VAT & Tax), RJSC, Bangladesh Bank, and ICAB audit standards.Oversee audits (internal & external) and resolve audit findings with transparency.Ensure proper insurance, legal, and financial risk coverage for factories and corporate operations.Manage relationships with banks, NBFIs, and financial institutions to secure project financing, LC, and loans.Negotiate credit facilities, overdrafts, and funding arrangements to ensure cost-effective financing.Lead feasibility analysis for new projects, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.Ensure proper utilization of funds and return on investment (ROI).Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team for efficient performance.Build a strong financial culture across departments through training and policy enforcement.Collaborate with Managing Director to align financial decisions with operational and sales strategies.Implement ERP/accounting software, automation tools, and modern financial practices.Ensure digital record-keeping, compliance monitoring, and business intelligence reporting.Any other task assigned by the Management.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
FCAExperience:
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 45 years
