- Sales Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective clients through networking, partnerships, b2b and corporate visits and online research. Maintain a client database for regular follow-up.
- Sales Pitch: Present travel packages and services to clients, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries promptly and assisting with booking processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Promotions: Promote special travel deals, holiday packages, and last-minute offers to clients and prospects.
- Marketing Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging travel content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional material.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and email newsletters.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and monitor social media accounts and digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility and online engagement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Events and Partnerships: Participate in travel fairs, industry networking events, and collaborate with other tourism stakeholders to build partnerships and increase brand visibility.
- Administrative & Reporting CRM System Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and analyze results.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to help improve services and adapt future marketing efforts.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads).Knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Creativity in campaign design and content creation.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for travel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Adaptable to changing market dynamics and client needs.
