Responsibilities & Context:Workplace: On-campus (school premises) - Ananya School, Akhalia, Sylhet, BangladeshProvide strategic leadership to ensure high academic standards and disciplineSupervise teaching and non-teaching staff and promote professional developmentDevelop and implement curriculum plans in line with school objectivesEnsure compliance with school policies, regulations, and education board guidelinesMaintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider communityMonitor student performance and well-being, addressing any issues proactivelyPrepare academic reports, budgets, and development plans for the school managementOrganize school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities effectivelyEducation Requirements:
Masters
Master's degree from any recognized universityExperience:
At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:Preference for candidates with a background in Education, English, or Islamic StudiesAdditional qualifications in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or Teacher Training will be an added advantageMinimum 3 years' experience in teaching or educational leadershipPrior experience as Headmaster, Principal, or Academic Coordinator is preferredProven record of improving academic outcomes and implementing effective school policiesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage teachers, students, and staff effectivelyProficiency in modern teaching methods and digital toolsFluency in English and Bangla (spoken and written)Strong organizational and decision-making abilitiesCompensation & Other Benefits:As per school policy
