Responsibilities & Context:The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing and managing cost consumption sheets for products.Monitoring and reporting on production status, sampling, and lab dip approvals from the factory.Overseeing pre-production and delivery approvals to ensure timely shipment.Coordinating with the factory's sample section to ensure accurate sample design, on-time delivery, and follow-up on buyer feedback.Serving as a technical expert, advising the production and quality teams on issues related to fabric, production, and quality control.Implementing and managing the 'Time and Action Plan' to ensure the proper execution of orders and timely shipment of goods.Uphold the highest ethical standards and transparency in all negotiations and transactions, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest and that company funds are handled with complete integrity.Education Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related fieldExperience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.A professional, well-groomed, and energetic appearance.Strong presentation and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.Advanced-level IT proficiency in the MS Office Suite.A proactive and dynamic approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.Compensation & Other Benefits:
