Responsibilities & Context:Flixza Group is a diversified business conglomerate with operations in food & beverage, e-commerce, real estate, agriculture, and automotive sectors.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic IT Admin Manager to lead our IT team. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, programming, creative orientation, and digital marketing skills to ensure smooth operations across our digital platforms and business concerns.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IT team, ensuring smooth operation of office IT systems, software, and networks.Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot company websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital assets.Coordinate with developers, hosting providers, and vendors to ensure 24/7 uptime of systems and platforms.Develop, update, and debug websites using WordPress, Node.js, and related frameworks.Design creative content for social media, advertisements, and internal projects using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.Implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to boost online visibility and search rankings.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.Provide IT support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.Ensure data security, asset management, and regular system backups.Collaborate with different business units to accomplish IT, digital marketing, and design-related project requirements.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience:

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Automobile, E-commerce

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Female

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT administration, digital marketing, and web development.Strong expertise in programming, system management, and creative digital solutions.Previous experience in leading and managing a technical/creative team will be given preference.Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or Graphic Design will be considered an added advantage.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across different business concerns.Strong commitment to data security, system efficiency, and innovation.Skills & Expertise:IT Security,IT Support Service and Network engineering.,IT Troubleshooting,Node.js,Programming Skill,SEO and Digital Marketing,Website DevelopmentCompensation & Other Benefits:
