Responsibilities & Context:Job Context / PurposeThe Deputy/Assistant Manager will be responsible for executing sales and marketing activities in a specific operational area within the Ceramics Business Unit. This includes dealer relationship management, project sales execution, showroom promotion, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.Responsibilities & ContextManage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and project clients in the assigned territory or segment.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Tiles & Sanitary Ware products.Execute promotional activities, showroom merchandising, and display arrangements.Support product launches, sample distribution, and dealer training programs.Collect market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing, and promotions.Supervise and guide Executives in field activities and ensure proper reporting.Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Ceramics Engineering or related field.MBA in Marketing will be preferred.Experience:
3 to 5 years

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).Professional Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in Ceramic Tiles, Sanitary Ware. Also, the Plastic, Steel, and Cement Industry Sales and Marketing.Hands-on experience in dealer/distributor management, project sales, and showroom-based product promotion.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.Technical & Market Knowledge:Good understanding of Bangladesh ceramics, building materials, and construction industry trends.Familiarity with product specifications, quality standards, and installation practices for tiles and sanitary ware.Experience in trade marketing activities such as merchandising, display setup, and showroom branding.Core Skills:Strong sales negotiation and closing ability with both retail and institutional clients.Excellent relationship-building and dealer network expansion skills.Ability to collect and analyze market intelligence for strategic action.Capable of mentoring and guiding field executives to ensure sales performance.Good presentation, communication, and reporting skills.Behavioral Competencies:Target-driven and self-motivated.Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.Compensation & Other Benefits:Mobile billTA+DA AllowancesSalary Review: YearlyFestival Bonus: 2Other Benefits as per Company rules
