- Oversee and manage the hospital's day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-focused service delivery.
- Coordinate and liaise with all the stakeholders including but not limited to the management team, medical staff, nursing teams, duty doctors, consultants, VD, govt. offices, marketing team, etc. to maintain high service standards.
- Administer and maintain critical hospital facilities, including but not limited to ICU, NICU, Dialysis units, OT, laboratories, pharmacy, and OPD/IPD units.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, ensuring the hiring of qualified and skilled personnel.
- Manage staff attendance, payroll inputs, salary increments, promotions, and performance appraisals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor staff training programs, career development initiatives, and skill enhancement modules.
- Ensure a positive work environment, address employee grievances, and promote workplace harmony.
- Motivate and guide employees to improve productivity, job satisfaction, and overall hospital performance.
- Maintain and update all institutional licenses, accreditations, and regulatory compliance documents.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, labor laws, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee hospital inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Develop and implement operational strategies for key departments, including client service, nursing, marketing, procurement, cleaning, and security.
- Identify service gaps, recommend process improvements, and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hospital management systems and emerging healthcare software technologies.
- Ensure best practices in data security, IT usage, and cybersecurity within hospital operations.
- Support digital transformation initiatives to improve patient service and workflow efficiency.
- Draft and prepare official documents, employment letters, contracts, MOUs, and company profiles.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative correspondence in line with hospital standards.
- Represent the hospital professionally in official meetings and external communications.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, work independently, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Display a proactive, solution-oriented, and career-growth-focused approach to management.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, ethics, and dedication in the workplace.
- Always be prepared to deliver any task as deemed necessary by the management team other than the points mentioned above.
- Bachelor/Honors
- At least 5 years
