Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who has at least 01 year of proven experience in the Brand Activities for meaningful contribution to our company to reach the goal of the organization.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for Branding programs in alignment with organizational goals.Identify innovative approaches to enhance the visibility and reach of outdoor initiatives.Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.Ensure marketing efforts resonate with the interests and needs of the target audience.Represent the organization at industry events, fostering partnerships and increasing brand presence.Manage the product cycle, product portfolio, and new product launches.Provide outdoor-specific insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.Identify market threats and opportunities, develop timely solutions, and implement new initiatives to boost sales and support the achievement of business targets.Collaborate with marketing, Audit and financial teams to manage budgets to maximize impact and ROI.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy
Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 1 years

Age 22 to 35 years
