Manager (Deputy Head) - Knitting

• Run the R&D-Knitting operation to achieve production target, quality (Self Development, Buyer Development, PP & 1st bulk) following the SOP.
• To confirm all sample knitting related parameter and provide to bulk concern as per SOP.
• Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age 30 to 45 years
