We believe in Users satisfaction, Priority in social responsibility, To reach in hub of the farmers as well. The Sr. Relationship Manager should be capable of excellent communication all through domestic & foreign customer.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.Coordinate with Commercial, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in service and product offerings.Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales support, and service issues.Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.To arrange customer engagement and program coordination.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
A Level
O Level
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management

English Medium O & A Level

Experience:

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Tannery/Footwear, Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Importer, Coal

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 32 years

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party IT service providers
