Responsibilities & Context:Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.To visit projects with client and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Clients.Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ monthly action plan and evaluate with Management.Set sales goals, compare performance and adjust goal as needed.Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script etc.Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.Any Other Task assigns by the Management.Education Requirements:Graduation / post-graduation/MBA in any discipline from reputed institutionExperience:
  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 23 to 35 years
The applicants should have experience in working in the Real Estate sector.Must be self- motivated and dynamicMust be target oriented Excellent communication skills and the drive to achieve sales targets are a must.Highly knowledge on Apartment/Land/ Real Estate and present market scenario.Have the experience to forecast sales and revenue with proper planning & execution.Must be fluent in both English and Bangla Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
