Responsibilities & Context:Job Location: Mahim Builders and Construction Ltd. House 1015, 1024. Road-47-7 Th shoroni, Block-L Bashundhara R/A Dhaka.Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including formulating and executing sales policies and strategies.
  • Lead and manage the Sales Team, ensuring both personal and team sales targets are met. (Sales target: [Insert specific target, e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual sales volume or revenue goal])
  • Drive daily customer visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
  • Identify and secure new corporate, industrial, or group clients to meet sales goals.
  • Prepare and submit daily work reports, as well as weekly closing reports, highlighting progress against targets.
  • Regularly report updates and performance to the Team Leader.
  • Identify potential corporate and individual clients who are eligible to purchase our products.
  • Build and maintain a strong, organized client database, managing it independently.
  • Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Show aggressive sales drive with excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Candidate from any discipline/Bachelor degree with strong experience can apply.
Experience:
  • 6 to 10 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
  • 6 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Experience in the Real Estate or Developer industry is a must.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and its dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
