Responsibilities & Context:Sales Planning and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.Drive promotional campaigns and customer acquisition strategies tailored to the regional market.Team Management:Recruit, train, mentor and manage the performance of store-level sales teams.Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring consistent tracking and performance reviews.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Operations and Compliance:Ensure all retail outlets adhere to company policies, regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.Address customer feedback and operational issues at the store level promptly.Reporting and Analysis:Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and business updates to the Head of Sales or management team.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration:Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and loyalty programs.Work closely with the operations team to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
