Responsibilities & Context:A leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Projects Manager (Store) to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.Job Purpose:To execute technical, administrative, and non-technical tasks related to the construction and renovation of new or existing shops, covering both civil and mechanical-electrical (ME) works, ensuring projects are implemented efficiently and in accordance with company standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land or building measurements for new store opening plans and design accurate sketches/structures in accordance with company standards.
Supervise renovation/construction works performed by external parties to ensure quality and compliance.
Create field supervision reports and complete related administrative tasks.
Create a budget plan for renovation and construction of new company outlets effectively and on time.
Deliver store renovation works aligned with company specifications and the scheduled timeline.
Secure company data and information in compliance with the Information Security Management System.
Ensure work & travel facilities (vehicle/motorcycle) are provided properly in compliance with safety procedures.
Ensure accurate site survey drawings, measurements, field supervision and on-time reporting with field verification.

Employment Status: PermanentEducation Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.

Experience:

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Architecture Firm, Inventory/Warehouse

Additional Job Requirements:Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.Advanced skills in MEP basics or design software like AutoCAD or project management tools.Strong knowledge of building materials and specifications.Proficiency in cost estimation, project budgeting and contract management.Basic understanding of national regulations and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.Target-driven and results-oriented.Proficiency in office suite.Compensation & Other Benefits:Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.Company Information:Kazi Farms Group is one of the largest agro-industrial groups active in various business areas including Poultry, Hatchery, Feed Mill, Ice Cream, Frozen Food, Information Technology and Television Channel.
