Responsibilities & Context:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled labor.Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and implement necessary changes in policies and procedures.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.Address employee grievances and mediate disputes to maintain workplace harmony.Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Organize orientation and ongoing training sessions for new hires and existing staff.Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and set developmental goals.Provide guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.Communicate policies clearly to all employees and ensure adherence.Analyze workforce trends and demographics to inform staffing strategies.Collaborate with management to forecast future hiring needs based on production goals.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.Maintain HR metrics and reports to track turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.To handle all kinds of technical audit, Social, Environmental & Security and ensure requirements on deadline.Make good relations with govt bodies, third party audit firms, ACCORD & Alliances.Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list.Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, and security awareness training, etc. effectively.Make an Internal Audit. (If needed)Any other job assigned by Management.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Sweater Industry
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
