Responsibilities & Context:100% Export Oriented Garments Company is looking for Head of Marketing for knit productsJob Description / ResponsibilityNew Buyer & Market DevelopmentIdentify and develop new international buyers and markets.Collaborate with the merchandising and planning team to ensure alignment with production feasibility and margins.Capacity Planning & Factory UtilizationWork closely with production planning to ensure optimal factory loading.Forecast marketing strategy based on production capacity and seasonal trends.Brand Image & CommunicationEnsure consistent and professional communication with buyers and stakeholders.Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content aligned with buyer expectations.Team LeadershipManage and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance.Set and track KPIs, reporting regularly to senior management.Strong buyer network in Europe, the USA, or leading Asian countriesEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning
