Location - Anywhere in DhakaBrief about the Role:The Branch Operations Executive will be responsible for maintaining various aspects of the branch's daily operations. The primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, security, vendor management, asset management, inventory control, and providing logistic support for classroom activities.Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and monitor security protocols to safeguard office premises, assets, and personnel
- Coordinating with center security personnel and management to promptly address any security concerns.
- Find, assess, and maintain rapport with nearby suppliers of office supplies, upkeep services, and other necessities for operations.
- Maintain records of office assets, monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, stationary, and other consumables.
- Provide logistical support for classroom activities such as arranging lecture sheets, setting up equipment, arranging seating, etc.
- Communicate with teachers regarding scheduling, assignments, and other administrative
- Currently enrolled or graduated from any UGC approved university in Bangladesh
- Previous experience in office administration or operations will get preference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
