- Identify and prospect corporate clients through research and targeted outreach
- Conduct B2B sales to large corporate clients, presenting services clearly and persuasively
- Supervise and monitor field forces through visits, observation, and daily activity tracking
- Maintain an aggressive selling attitude to achieve targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and sales materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote services effectively to create and meet market demand
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and opportunities
- Manage and track your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns raised by partners.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Good academic background in Sales, Marketing, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry, Farming, Dairy, E-commerce, Agro based Startup
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
