Responsibilities & Context:Create and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and boost sales across the country.Manage the marketing team and the dealer/distributor network.Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.Work closely with the sales and production teams to align marketing activities.Visit markets in different parts of the country and organize dealer meetingsEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA preferred).Additional marketing training or certificates will be considered a plus.Experience:
  • At least 5 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
