Vision of EBL Investments Limited is to be the most innovative leading Merchant Bank in Bangladesh Capital Market in terms of efficiency, excellence, transparency, and professionalism having maximum market shares.EBL Investments Limited gives an opportunity to work in a collegiate, supportive and inclusive environment by inviting applications from qualified professionals to develop a career for the following key positions:Position: Assistant Vice President (Corporate Advisory)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:To deal the Corporate Advisory related activities of EBL Investments Ltd.To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc.Engage with the authorities of BSEC, DSE and CSE as necessary to facilitate effective communication for the IPO process.Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues.Execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings.Conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structure activities related to the issue etc.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
BBA/MBA/Masters in Finance/Accounting from any reputed UniversityCandidates who have successfully completed CFA Level I or II will be given preference.Experience:
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking
Additional Job Requirements:Minimum 4 (Four) years of work experience in related fields.
