Responsibilities & Context:Job OverviewThe Junior Executive - Store will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of dyes and chemicals, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and compliance with standard operating procedures. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining ERP data accuracy, and supporting audit processes to ensure smooth operations in the dyeing and finishing departments.Key ResponsibilitiesReceipt & Validation: Receive, check, and validate dyes and chemicals against receiving challans, issue requisitions, purchase invoices (PI), work orders, and letters of credit (LC) for local and foreign suppliers, ensuring proper ERP documentation.Inventory Management: Segregate dyes and chemicals according to identification, BIN Card, and Storage Policy for organized and safe storage.Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of dyes and chemicals to the dyeing and finishing departments to support production schedules.Inventory Tracking: Check, review, and authorize daily dyes and chemicals receipt and delivery challans, ensuring batch-wise ERP data accuracy for inventory management.Audit Support: Coordinate with audit and compliance departments to address internal and external audit-related issues, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.RequirementsExperience: 1-3 years in store management or related fields.Education: Graduation from any reputed university.Additional Requirements: Knowledge of dyes, chemicals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus.Education Requirements:
