Responsibilities & Context:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of the land projectDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.Facilitate high-value property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.Monitor and improve sales quality, reducing cancellations and increasing conversions.Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realization.Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for top management.Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention.Promote the company's brand and uphold its premium image in the market.Mentor and build a high-performing sales team through training and performance monitoring.Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectivesEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years
