- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with management to set sales and revenue targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates.
- Work with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with product, finance, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
- Provide feedback to improve products or services.
- Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Track KPIs and present business performance updates.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and seminars.
- Maintain a professional image to promote the company's brand and values.
