- Plan and allocate media advertising budgets for branches, ensuring alignment with company targets and Media Activation Manager validation.
- Monitor the execution of media placements, particularly outdoor advertisements to ensure alignment with planned strategies.
- Estimate and plan promotional material needs based on branch expansion and ensure proper distribution.
- Manage procurement, allocation and control of in-store communication materials for regular campaigns, major events and thematic promotions.
- Use digital tools to support brand communication and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong communication with other internal departments
- Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials. Share finalized materials with relevant teams.
- Ensure promotional materials (e.g., shelf talkers, posters) are printed and delivered to branches on time.
- Maintain strong working relationships with media partners, suppliers, and agencies.
- Support local and national off-air promotional events, sponsorships, and incidental marketing activities.
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and successful campaign delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years
