Preparation of company's profit & loss Balance sheet and accounting books and entry into accounting software.
Prepare Cheque, Bank statement, cheque client bill, Client Bill maintain, Daily cash voucher, Balance adjustment.
Prepare (T.T) and lc for making payments.
Contact all official work-related bank for official work purpose.
Maintain file of all overseas & local client with proper documentation.
Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, forms & record fixed asset acquisitions in the accounting system.
Follow up & verify daily office expenses.
Prepare salary sheet of all staff & employee.
Monthly analysis import & export statement.
Updating the management about daily activities.
Prepared monthly ledger for reporting management purpose.
Keeping up team work. Attaining any other assigned work.
