With our global production footprint, we strive to deliver a trouble-free supply chain for all our brand owners to meet quality, timeliness, and sustainability demands. ‍‍Trimco Group entails the combined forces of the companies formerly known as A-TEX, CLOTEX, LABELON, and WAH LUNG, with more than 1,670 employees in 22 countries, serving more than 900 brands and 8,600 manufacturers worldwide.Job Responsibilities-Full control of Accounts, Finance & Commercial Department·Managing financial transactions, analyze financial data & generate financial reports·Overall commercial activities including Import, Export, Bond and the custom's documentation handling·Income Tax & VAT policy implementation for all financial transactions·To deal with BGMEA, BLMEA, RJSC, BIDA, NBR, DoT, Customs, Bangladesh Bank for necessary legal procedures & licensing·Look after yearly financial audit & preparation of annual P&L & Financial Statement·Submission of FDI report to the Central Bank· To take care of Physical inventory audit in Factory Warehouse in quarterly·Preparation of payment request (PR) & ensure suppliers payment in time·To follow up Bank's Liability Status of PAD, EDF, UPASS & Local LC is reconciled·To prepare & reconcile accounts managing overseas payment & send to headquarter in HK·Ensure adequate controls and other audit requirements related to finance·Financial Risk Assessment of the organization to ensure a sustainable growth·Encounter legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, recommending new procedures, solving Tax and VAT related issues.·Monitoring and control of credit realization & provide strong support among all teams for successful operational use.Skills & ExpertiseBanking Commercial Data analysis and presentation ERP Softwear Finance/ Accounts Fluent in English Speaking MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote Tally SoftwareCompensation & Other Benefits
