Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of property sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide training, motivation, and direction to the sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Education Requirements:
  • Masters
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
