- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a sales environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage general administration matters.
- Prepare company memos and announcement related issues.
- Ensure that all activities performed by the company's PROs are relevant / required and effectively monitored.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes for the sales team.
- **Should have experience to recruite SR/TH/ RH/CSR and other similiar post.
- Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Collaborating with department heads to address HR and administrative needs.
