Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a skilled Fabrics Colorist to join our Factory team. The role requires expertise in fabric dyeing, shade matching, and maintaining color consistency throughout the production process The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabric types, dyeing processes, chemical applications, and lab-to-bulk shade matching techniques.Brief JD :Review denim and non-denim fabric rolls after inspection team's segregation.Review and approve shade grouping, roll-to-roll sequence, and color continuity cards (CCC) as per buyer standards.Review trims, pocketing, interlining, and waistband lining colors to ensure proper matching with fabric.Compare fabric and trims against customer-approved shade standards, shade bands, and color references.Ensure shade consistency in country-wise shipment plans (country plan).Maintain documentation of shade approvals, shade grouping reports, and continuity cards for traceability and buyer audits.Communicate with merchandising, QA, and production teams regarding shade approvals and consistency.Education Requirements:Graduation/Diploma in Textile Engineering (preferably in Dyeing/Finishing) or relevant field.Experience:
3 to 7 years
