Responsibilities & Context:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Printing R&D for Screen Print.Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.Effective and efficient planning, preparation, and follow-up to fulfill the production target.Improving existing screen printing processes for better efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Communication with marketing & Attend risk analysis meeting before starting any new style.Quality ensure during the bulk production period & rejection control.Good knowledge of fabric & apparel product development.The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.Able to work under pressure.Report to top management on the performance of the R&D and any need for improvement.Give any technical solution to the line if required.Fabric Requirements & Technical Support, R&D.Any other assignment as assigned by management.Education Requirements:Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution will be given preference.Experience:
At least 5 years
